My roles and responsibilities of managing the canteen at CIDHS included the following:

• Construct a 5 day recess and lunch menu that complied with the CIDHS healthy foods standards
• Ordering of all foods, cost calculations for sales and all other necessary bookkeeping including banking of profits
• Food preparation for all services as well as serving students on their breaks
• Always maintained kitchen cleanliness and sanitation of all surfaces and appliances throughout every service

During my time at CIP I had a number of different tasks including:

• Planting seeds and maintaining a healthy environment for seedlings to be later transported for rehabilitation
• Assisted in the planting of rehabilitated seedlings in the fields
• Mowing of grass and general garden tidy ups
• Removal of trees using chainsaws
• Provided assistance with the vacuum truck on the wharf during ship loading
• Clearing of leaves and rocks both on the ships and in the loading bay

At Meng Chong Trading the following tasks are which of what was required of me:

• Assisted in unloading stock from containers and transportation to the shop
• Restocking and reorganising new stock in the shop
• Repacked fruit and veg items by re-wrapping into smaller portions
• Assisted in stocktake in the warehouse for orders
