• Preservation for motor, valves and shaft rotation
• Borescoping valves and vessels
• Inspecting nitrogen fill gauges on vessels, heat exchangers and Propane bullets
• Read and identify isometric drawings P&ID
• Hydro and pneumatic testing, install valve, re instate treading, spool
• Nitrogen purging, eg: vessels, valves, heat exchangers & propane bullets
• Thread taping of gauges, valves and fittings
• Skid installation, rotating & static equipment
• Experience in manual torquing and hydraulic torquing
• Flange management and flange alignment
• Marking and installing sole plates
• Experience in module installation
• Core drilling holes with hilti core drill
• Setting and leveling of shim packs
• Setting and leveling of vessels (100T to 800TON)
• Use of hand tools and power tools, eg : grinder, drill, saber saw, circular saw, oxy cutting, die grinder, rotarbroach
• Use of atlas copco compressor
• Use of hy torque tensioning equipment, eg: Flanges – 12 ‘’to24”
• Use of surveying equipment, e.g.: trimble – leveling of vessels
• Operating of EWP up to 20 metres
• Unboxing and installing of rotating and static equipment.

FIFO 12hr days/13 days on 1 day off

• Working in dangerous conditions eg: ammonia nitrate
• Signing on & off permit prior to starting task
• Inspecting valves, rotating valves and stroking
• Preservation for motor, valves and shaft rotation
• Read and identify isometric drawings P&ID
• Experience in manual torquing and hydraulic torquing
• Flange management and installation of valves and gaskets
• Use of hy torque tensioning equipment
• Install Dome arches and covers
• Operating EWP and scissor lift
• Working in dangerous conditions eg: ammonia nitrate.

FIFO: 12 hr shifts, days and night 13 days on 1 day off

RIOTINTO, BHP and FMG

Sites: BHP Nickel West (Mt Keith) and Refinery, Nammuldi, Brockman 4, Tom Price and Yandi

• Adhere to onsite procedures and ensure PPE attire is worn
• Attend Toolbox meetings and raise any issues as required
• Perform Pre-start checks, JHA and Take 5
• Change out hard, soft skirt, chutes, conveyor belts and rollers
• Change out and repair scrubbers, flanges, pulley, conveyors and frames
• Knowledge in isolation lock on procedure before commencing the task
• Drive motor installation and laser alignment
• Dust collector and conveyor drive install
• Lubrication tasks on fixed plant equipment, focusing on contamination control and filtration improvements in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the maintenance schedule and service instructions
• Dispensing and waste disposal of all lubrication oils
• Hydraulic oils and greases in accordance with Australian standards and company standards
• Installation and maintenance of lubrication hardware including labels, mechanical level indicators, fill and drain fittings, breathers, filter, sample points and various greasing systems in order to maintain company standards
• After I receive instructions from Rio Tinto that the plant is isolated, perform maintenance on chutes, drives then can perform maintenance order
• Maintain quality control as per policies and procedures
• Follow risk mitigation prevention techniques to prevent injury
• Interpret and adhere to verbal and written instructions
• Liaise with team members and senior management
• Abide by strict timelines and schedules, and report any variations.

• Project: Sino Iron Ore, Cape Preston 2/1 FIFO
• Pulley's Installation and Alignment
• Install Conveyor Rollers, Flanges, Pulley
• Drive Motor Installation and Laser Alignment
• Change out Dust collector Install and Conveyor drive
• Experience in Cutting, Grinding, Measuring, rattling, Bolting
• Pipe install, Brackets, Pipe support, U Bolts, cutting grinding, Fitting modification
• Do Hydro testing pressure testing, install valve and Flange Management
• Conduct inspections inside chutes, check billets and liners
• Perform Pre-start checks, JHA and Take 5
• Use Respirator Breathing Apparatus and Half Mask Respirator
• Adhere to onsite procedures and ensure PPE attire is worn
• Maintain quality control as per policies and procedures
• Follow Risk mitigation prevention techniques to prevent injury
• Interpret and adhere to verbal and written instructions
• Liaise with team members, supervisors and senior management

• 2-2 FIFO roster

• Align, level, anchor machinery, torque bolts, install
• Install Primary Crusher parts Mantle, Spider, Bowl, Liners Drive motors
• Conveyor System (Bearing Replacement and pulley Alignment)
• Ensure that the operation of machine and equipment are carried out Work safely in Confined Space and Working at Heights
• Operate forklift to load and unload containers and trucks
• High-pressure hosing and cleaning of chutes and sensors
• Perform prestart and post-operative checks of machinery
• Maintenance and repairs on pipes, hoses, flanges and piping components pieces
• Perform high pressure and ultra-high-pressure water blasting
• Interpret and adhere to verbal and written instructions
• Abide by strict timelines and schedules, and report any variations
• Working effectively autonomously and as part of a team.
