• Boggy Swamp Slope failure remediation, Singleton, NSW- $20M;

Remediation of two slips that happened as part of Natural Diaster Events in July 2022 in NSW. I have managed the investigations and concept design process. Currently managing the detailed design development. My roles involve preparing technical brief, review of investigation and technical reports, management of consultant and stakeholder. Managing financial aspect and reporting.

• Hills Creek Slope failure remediation, Grafton, NSW-$10M

• Provide Project Management services for the design and construction of civil infrastructure including management of the ten knowledge areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge: project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholders
• Provide civil engineering services including the planning, investigation, design, documentation, and procurement of civil engineering infrastructure works to meet current statutory, Australian Standard, and industry best practice design and construction standards to meet briefed parameters, site constraints, budget limitations and time-frames
• Peer review and critique engineering designs, calculations, documents, and cost estimates prepared by colleagues and external consultants
• Manage project finances and time-frames by preparing and monitoring project budgets, quantities and rates, cost estimates, expenditure and cash flows, and project programmes
• Undertake and guide procurement activities, including quotations, tendering and contract administration for the provision of specialist investigations, design, documentation, and construction of simple and complex municipal infrastructure projects
• Assist with the attraction and administration of Natural Disaster Relief and other available grant funding
• Provide safety and risk management for the delivery of Capital Works
• Identify and meet statutory functions relating to the provision of Council's civil infrastructure, including safety, environmental, planning, and accessibility requirements

• Provide technical advice on earthworks and transport matters to planners processing resource consents, officers processing subdivision certification (tittles , s224c) and to other internal and external parties
• Assess applications and draft conditions of consent ensuring compliance with provisions of the RMA, District, Building Act, bylaws, and District Plan, Council's engineering standards and codes of practice, Local Government Act, as required
• Review and approve management plans and methodologies provided to satisfy conditions of resource consent
