  • Program: CRM

A multi-year program at UniSuper to consolidate and simplify the CRM landscape, enhance CRM Marketing, Service & Knowledge management, and Analytics capabilities

  • Role: Lead Business Analysis

I set up the project scope, collaborated with stakeholders, and ensured smooth execution and delivery. I oversaw BA governance, reviewed requirements, and maintained traceability to project objectives


  • Program: External Financial Adviser

To develop a dedicated servicing solution for External Financial Advisers (EFAs) at UniSuper. This included an adviser portal for submitting requests, automated member notifications, a communication channel between UniSuper and EFAs, and the ability for EFAs to request fee deductions from member accounts

I mentored a budding project BA, teaching them business analysis skills such as conducting workshops, designing epics and user stories, writing requirements, and providing feedback on requirement quality

Business Analysis Practice Lead

Company Overview: Innovative water service projects benefiting 1.8 million people

  • Developed and led a team of 10 BAs, providing coaching, mentoring, training, and professional development
  • Improved BA resourcing processes for timely project delivery and efficient activity planning
  • Facilitated collaboration between BAs and technical experts to create effective solutions

Achievement:

  • Expanded team from 5 to 10 members, earning a 'Team of the Year' nomination by the Managing Director within 12 months

Major Projects:

  • Program: Digital Metering Program

This project was aimed at rolling out 2 million digital meters to residential customers across the entire service area. This program, YVW's largest to date, was initially trialled in select suburbs with a view to rolling out to the remaining service area.

  • Role: Lead Business Analyst:

As the Lead Business Analyst for the Digital Metering program at Yarra Valley Water (YVW), I played a pivotal role in the project. I personally ran a series of 25+ workshops for this enterprise wide program to cover all the impacted business areas and elicit requirements for various functionalities of the Digital Metering Platform ranging from System integration, various Customer journeys, Operating model, Customer Service, etc. My approach was by applying systems thinking to understand the interactions between people, processes, and technology within the organization, thereby gaining a holistic view of the enterprise.

  • Role on NAB project: Senior Business Analyst/Program Agile Coach Enterprise business analyst helps with design innovation which incorporates Technology Feasibility, Business Viability, Art (emotion, desirability) and Customer Value (Usability)
  • Project: Footprint Optimisation: The Footprint Optimisation project at NAB was a Human-Centred Design initiative in two phases: Re-Imagine and Incubator: Designs, builds and supports digital solutions across current and emerging channels
