I engage my students in a unique teaching pedagogy which is based on free thinking and total involvement and to develop true intelligence. J Krishnamurti defines intelligence as“the capacity to think clearly”. My real aim as an educator is to develop this capacity in students. Contemporary education in management needs to produce not just managers who somehow manage the work, but to create conscious leaders who can lead the world towards a sustainable future
