• Researching and analysing community issues, and devise planning to deal with problems.
• Developing, evaluating and maintaining community resources and support programs.
• Evaluating data and writing reports such as submissions requesting funding for continuing programs and new projects.

• Examine the needs of client, conduct interview, and keep an eye on probationers.

• Assisting to establish and administer neighbourhood houses, community groups, educational training programs, welfare agencies to support families.
• Any other tasks as per the direction of line manager/s and director/s of the organisation.

•Involved in raising community awareness of those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Cumberland Council, assisting in the recruitment and assessment of these clients and promoting homeless services in the local community through leaflet distribution and direct interaction.

•I promoted other agency services such as free financial and legal advice, English and driving classes, the Salvos Life store, domestic violence information and emergency assistance in distributing flyers and assisting clients in receiving them.

•The agency celebrated and decorated the agency according to the occasions with different cultural backgrounds to symbolize inclusion of all cultures and linguistically diverse communities (CLAD) and explored the issues faced by the people of Cumberland Council.

•Assisted in the successful establishment and promotion of the Cafe and Salvos Life store in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic to accelerate sales and increase agency revenue.
