• With the primary focus on ABP4a - Prepare our legacy DCs to ensure we fulfill our operational demands until the Automated DC’s open.
• Facilitated and supported the opening of two Interim Distribution Centres (IDC) in VIC and NSW.
• Currently working through Brokerage timeline to complete full integration of IDCs.
