At State Trustees I support vulnerable people who are not able to manage their own financial and legal affairs due to disability, illness or injury.

I work with many client's to build or regain their financial capacity through regular consultation, working with agencies and helping to maximise their income.

At State Trustees I operate at the highest level of integrity and accountability, by acting alongside legislation and clear procedures.

On a day-to-day basis I manage the funds of numerous client's and ensure their bills, accounts and debts are paid on time, while preserving their funds to promote an enjoyable life and to subsist.

As well as maintaining accurate and clear records of all interactions and actions performed by myself and others.

All while meeting and going beyond KPIs and expectations.

During my time at State Trustees I have progressed from a valued team member, to becoming a first level of support to other consultants in the work place and working to build their personal decision-making and problem-solving skills.

I have also trained many new staff at State Trustees and enabled them to perform at a high standard.
