Coordinated the seamless integration of a new pricing platform for internet products, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal customer disruption. Spearheaded product development, collaborated with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, and optimized ICMS campaigns. Conducted Pre-UAT and Post-UAT testing, identifying system gaps and ensuring successful revenue booking confirmation. Worked closely with IT, Finance, and Marketing to implement changes smoothly.
