· Performing all the paper works for the admission before the procedure,

· Measuring BP, Pulse, SPO2, temperature of patients and recording in ADDS chart,

· Communicate the necessary information to the nurses and health professionals as required,

· Assisting the nurses and health professionals to set up the equipment for the procedure,

· Assisting the patients in recovery stage and communicate the report to them,

· Performing the health assessment and doing the necessary medication as prescribed in surgical short stay ward,

· Assisting the patients with ADLs,

· Performing the jobs within the scope of practice under the supervision of Registered Nurse.

• Provided assistance to elderly patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming,
• Assisted in transferring residents from beds to wheelchairs or other equipment using the correct safety procedures.
• Administering medication to the resident and monitoring the effects of the medicines.
• Assist the nurse to administer S4 and S8 medicines.
• Assist the nurses for repositioning the patient to prevent pressure sores of immobile patient.
• Following therapy plans such as interventions to assist patients with dementia and behavioral problems.
