I have worked for Construct Traffic in a casual position, fulfilling full-time hours over an 18 month period. Within my time working with Construct, I have become a full time Company Vehicle holder and Team Leader. I have gained a wide spectrum of skills in traffic management and have been expected to implement many devices to uphold standards of road safety.

• Leading larger traffic control teams: delegating tasks to other Ute Holders and Straight to Site traffic controllers on many different utility work sites and ongoing construction projects.
• Being selected for an in-house training program and succeeded in being entrusted to be a full-time Company Vehicle Holder.
• Implement effective traffic management strategies and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Ensuring that all teams completing works, members of the public and colleagues are both safe and satisfied.
• Accredited to complete works authorised by VicRoads to a satisfactory standard.
• Reading, interpreting and implementing Traffic Guide Schemes (TGS's), Traffic Management Plans (TMP's), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Memorandum of Authorisation (MoA), as-well as editing and implementing generic traffic plans where needed.
• Introduced innovative traffic management solutions that alleviated congestion issues and improved overall mobility throughout the community.
• Reduced accidents and incidents by implementing effective traffic management strategies during construction projects.
• Trained newly hired staff members in best practices for traffic management techniques.

I have worked at KFC in a management roll for over 3 years, I have gained a broad spectrum of skills in this position. During this time, I was employed on a part-time basis, whilst i completed further educational studies.
