

My name is Ashlee Ward. Originally from the Sunshine Coast, I have spent the past two years living and working in the Whitsundays, where I have gained valuable experience and developed both professionally and personally.
I have just come from working for a local real estate agency, where I began in an Administration role. During this time, I gained experience preparing legal documentation, managing high-volume phone enquiries, processing tenancy applications, and assisting with the agency's social media. I then progressed into the role of Assistant Property Manager, taking on greater responsibility including conducting routine property inspections, liaising with tenants and property owners, managing maintenance requests, resolving enquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, as well as managing portfolios when leave in the department was taken.
I pride myself on my positive attitude, strong communication skills, and compassionate approach to client service. I enjoy building positive relationships and thrive in fast-paced environments where organisation, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential.
I am currently taking a road trip with my partner and our dog, traveling from North Queensland to the Snowy Mountains—a goal we have worked towards for several years. Upon returning in August, we will be relocating to the Gold Coast to continue building our careers and embrace new professional opportunities. I will be available to commence work from September 2026, following our relocation.
