I am currently employed at Hanrob Pet Hotels Heathcote, where I handle various jobs. I work in; pet care, caring for both dogs and cats and their daily needs including grooming when required. Reception, where I handle client concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction, as well as, data entry and retail sales. Along with working in a supervisor role where I streamlined daily operations for increased efficiency, optimizing staff schedules and delegating tasks effectively. At my current employment, I have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of pet needs and practices, including the safe distribution of medications, and I have also gathered more confidence in my customer service skills which has allowed me to make multiple connections with partnering vet clinics and clients.

During my time at First Choice Liquor, the daily tasks I was faced with included, greeting customers, helping locate merchandise, and suggesting suitable options. I replenished sales floor merchandise and organized shelves, racks, and bins for optimal appearance. I actively demonstrated strong communication skills when collaborating with fellow employees or assisting customers with inquiries or concerns. Along with balancing and organizing cash registers by handling money, counting change, and storing coupons.

While working in a reputable hospitality restaurant, I developed multiple skills including, handling high-pressure situations calmly during peak hours while maintaining exceptional service standards. Developing strong multitasking skills by simultaneously managing multiple tables and attending to various guest needs. Ensuring accurate order-taking and timely delivery of meals to guests, resulting in positive feedback and repeat business. And enhancing customer satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service during busy shifts.

When working at McDonald's I gained new knowledge and skills as I was entering the workforce for the first time. These skills included; strong multitasking skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy. Maintaining clean, trash-free workspaces to maximize productivity and safety. Team support during peak hours, ensuring smooth operations and minimal wait times for customers. Restocking supplies and preparing additional ingredients during downtime for expected busy periods.
