Hospitality professional looking for venue manager/ operations manager role. I have been working in the hospitality industry for 10 years and am looking to take the next step to learn how to engage with a larger team and create positive change with a venue on a bigger scale. Through my degree and on the job training I have gained tools necessary for the running of a small to medium business with highlights in workflow management and SCRUM style project management. Experience has increased my proficiency in customer and staff management. I enjoy implementing strategies for training, creating discrete and efficient solutions to revenue and COGs issues. Outside of work I enjoy learning the piano, training Muay Thai and swimming and regular motorbike rides to wine country to see family.
