While working as a Receptionist, I acquired many skills such as; maintaining and facilitating excellent customer service at all times while interacting with both internal and external customers. I was also responsible for filing paperwork and catching up on correspondence for all clients ensuring their follow-up appointments were made. In addition to this, I would also process payments and send invoices to clients while ensuring that every payment was up to date.
