Accomplishments

  • In 2015 I began my career with Boardriders where I was instrumental in the initiation of the Special Make Up program for the Outlet Retail stores. This program played an integral role in the success of the Outlet Retail stores throughout 2016-2018.
  • During my career with Boardriders I have successfully lead my team through 2 company acquisitions proving my ability to adapt and lead a team through change all whilst ensuring the customers needs were at the forefront of all of my decision making.
  • As Merchandise Manager at Master's Home Improvement, I played a vital role in the recruitment, training and upskilling of team members across 5 locations. I was also a key player and leader in the development of the most successful flooring department across all Master's locations.
