- Seeding time- I managed 5 seeding operators including training and mentoring. I manage logistics such as fertilizer trucks and seed, communicating with trucking company's when and where to deliver products. Also to maintaine high saftey levels.
- Harvest time- i operate 1 or 7 harvesters, i train at the the start then mentor throughout the season. Then my role is to manage the crew in the feild and to speak to the boss and let him know is happening at sertin times of the day.
- Other times of the year i can be operating and maintaing machinery or work in the workshop there is alot of roles i do on the farm.
