• This role significantly improved my customer service skills, as I regularly interacted with customers, answered their questions, offered assistance, and ensured that they had a positive experience.
• My confidence in handling customer questions and providing excellent service grew a lot through this experience.

• I did a one-week work experience at Catalyze APAC for my Business Services TAFE course at school. Here, I learned how to work in an office environment and how to collaborate with a team.
