For the past year I have been labouring for Recruit Now to earn money whilst applying and searching for an Electrical Apprenticeship. During this time I have assisted many Electricians and different Tradesmen on significant commercial and residential sites since January 2024. I have acquired valuable insight and practical skills by assisting skilled workers
I committed in an Electrical Apprenticeship at Belvedere Building and Electrical starting march 2025 with journeyman Electrician. In this time I developed proficiency on handling power tools including Drills, Saws, Crimpers and Pliers. Participated in laying out wiring, bending conduits, and connecting circuits instructed by Electrician. Unfortunately encountered challenges due to senior Electrician upcoming surgery in the new year limiting available work.
When in this role I performed general labour tasks such as mixing coatings, cleaning, packing and handling equipment. Facilitated continuous workflow by responding to diverse Tradesmen’s needs and product requirements. Managed equipment operations and maintenance to enhance reliability. Prepared coatings while ensuring safe standards and protocols.
During my time in this position, I worked in the kitchen preparing food, serving customers and/or helping them through the ordering process. During this time I was undertaking Year 11 and managed to successfully time balance work shifts using my skills of flexibility and reliability to productively accomplish both with ease.

I enjoy building RC cars from scratch in my own time and installing and wiring lights on peoples boats and my own.
I have just enrolled and started in a certificate 2 Electrotechnology pre apprenticeship at Wyong tafe campus. I started on the 2nd of august and will be finished by the new year, I have already taken part in a lot of practical work and theory work where we have been doing a lot of practical light fitting, wiring, soldering and installation of bathroom light and heater. I have also completed my First Aid course.
