I have been working at the Pocket storehouse for two years. My main position is customer service, but I have gained experience in a variety of roles. I would assist the barista when needed, prep bread for toasties, run orders from the kitchen, and efficiently serve a high volume of customers..

Started at Nana's Pantry working in gelato production, which included receiving and supplying customer orders, maintaining a level of backstock for our own supply, and being in charge of designing and creating custom-ordered gelato cakes. Two years ago, I transitioned into customer service, including barista work, cashier duties, general retail responsibilities, and assembling gift hampers.

Bayfusion is a mobile catering and events company with which I have assisted in gala dinners all the way to backyard weddings, from running the bar to leading our service staff through fast-paced events.

I have worked in many of Dions boutique events and themed dinner parties, both behind the bar and with food service.
