Salesforce Architect for Contact Tracing App

TREVI the Covid tracing project for Dept of Health was at one time the biggest Salesforce Health cloud implementationin the world.

Was the lead architect for Phase 3 of the project. Optimizing peformance because of unanticipated load due to the volume of contacts for tracing was a key achievement. This was done by redesigning the REST composite api, optimizing Duplicate check, Introducing an asynch trigger framework, converting multiple Process Builders to synchronous and asynchronous triggers and monitoring performance

Implemented Integration of Event Monitoring with Microsoft Azure Sentinel Logging tool, Configured Einstein Analytics reports for Event Monitoring, Built Real time Transaction Security Policies

Worked with DevOps team and became their go to person for establishing standards and best practices

Decluttering flows and building an LWC framework with 3 developers over a short period of 2 weeks to streamline the User experience of Call Center agents tracking COVID was another big achievement.
