In my role one of my primary responsibilities involve collaborating with other members to facilitate and complete tasks within a specific timeframe. This ensures that we are catering for a cohesive and communicative work environment where each team member is supported in their responsibilities, which further allows us to collaborate and achieve our objectives offering assistance and guidance. Additionally, I contribute to a smooth workflow, ensuring that individual tasks align properly with the goals and ethics of the business to meet timelines and deadlines. I also have a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering the correct products in accordance with the customer’s order. This involves paying attention to detail and checking the product quantity, quality as well as the specification. This meets the needs and exceeds customer expectations. This not only aligns with our relations with customers but also enhances the overall reputation of the business.

My key achievements are being able to work under pressure as well as making sure the job is completed professionally. For example, when one of our employers had to take the day off, I needed to make a few deliveries myself, ensuring that we got our products to customers on time for the function in addition to completing my own jobs back at the office. This was strongly supported through my adept knowledge and use of technology as it is through technological devices that the business maintains communication, deals with payments, handles stock, and communicates with clients. Despite the challenges that I faced, I effectively learned the value of managing time in new and strategic ways. My clear and concise communication with other employees and customers allowed everyone to have a clear understanding of the timing of deliveries of the day too. I have also achieved learning and experiencing how to deal with customers to ensure their needs and wants are met. For example, when customers come to visit our showroom, I actively involve myself through my enthusiastic attitude by showing customers the variety of displayed products and helping them customise different decorations to help them visualise their preferences.
