In this role, I have learnt to maintain a positive attitude and a sense of efficiency under much pressure. I have learnt to execute a range of tasks within time constraints, often multitasking and prioritizing, all of which are essential skills that translate well to a retail position also. I have also treated all customers with kindness, patience, and joy, whilst often offering suggestions and my own recommendations, another skill which is often needed in a retail environment.

In this role, I have done organizational tasks such as restocking the store, handling deliveries, and ensuring stock is arranged well. I have also engaged deeply with a range of customers from a variation of demographics, to consult product and ensure their individual needs are met perfectly. I have shown a high level of sociability and empathy when interacting with customers, as well as when receiving feedback from superiors. I have demonstrated a strong ability to remember product information in sufficient detail and to inform customers of this in an enthusiastic and articulate manner.
