My name Is Astrid Barrios I am currently a stay at home but looking at getting back into the work force part time. i was previously employed at RMIT University fulfilling a number of tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive, and solution focused approach to meeting the needs of our client and uplifting the reputation of the company at all times. Some of my tasks involve; Recruitment, compliance handling, managing customers' accounts, formatting documentation, report writing, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at all times, maintaining a very high-level skills in communication and organizational abilities.
My background includes jobs as a Customer Service Agent such as Impact Fertilisers for 2 years, Melbourne polytechnic for over two and half years and four years at Medibank Private which enhanced my work ethic. My capabilities are broad and include advanced computer skills, correlating correspondence, administration of projects, and ensuring deadlines are met.
I know that dedication, determination and having pride in ones work is what it takes to be successful in any role. Together with a desire to develop ones practice through mentoring opportunities and maintaining a reflective stance to improve work performance. I value diversity in a team and believe to be a strong team player by offering considerable support and guidance to others and equally learning and accepting learning challenges through interactions with other team members.
