  • Collaborated with HBCF Business Stakeholders to define the vision and value proposition for the CQS Mobile App.
  • Created the product backlog by writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for app requirements.
  • Continuously engaged with business stakeholders as part of and beyond formal requirement gathering workshops to help define the shape of the minimum viable product for the CQS App.

  • As the Digital Practice lead at icare, I mentor and coach a Digital team of Technical Leads, Sitecore Architect, Senior Front end and backend developers to perform consistently at high standards and motivation with clear product vision for all Digital changes.

  • Performed the role of Senior Product Analyst in the Covid Claims transformation project with the Health department migrating from legacy outdated Contact Tracing system to Salesforce platform.

  • Performed the role of QA Specialist Lead in the ANZ-FI GuideWire transformation program. This program integrated the front end systems of QBE's financial institution brokers, starting with ANZ bank onto QBE Guidewire Core back end systems.
  • With extensive Guidewire systems functional knowledge, designed End to end business scenario tests only using SOAP UI tool - this was a particularly challenging task as the QBE engineers did not have access to ANZ front end until the bank completed their integration test phase.
  • The test approach which I brought into the program has made a breakthrough in uncovering functional defects very early ensuring the timely roll out of the program.
