  • Critical spares ensuring sufficient spares available on site to reduce down time.
  • Work with maintenance team on site to assist with procuring spares and equipment. b) Project Planning:
  • Plan shut down schedules and projects using Microsoft Projects.
  • Prepare budget estimates for shutdowns.
  • Integrate all works electrical, mechanical, contractors, hired equipment etc into the shutdown schedule.
  • Liaise with shutdown teams including contractors.
