Working in a high care facility for more than 3 years, where 80% of the clients were First Nation People, gives me a good understanding of their culture and the way of communication, in order to satisfy their daily needs and wants. Switching to a Hotel to gain a different experience where I became a team leader gives me the courage, experience and confidence to lead a team to finish a successful job during a busy day. Also have previous knowledge about Microsoft Office, and have the willingness to learn more in all areas that needs to be improved
