Experienced Project Engineer with seven years of demonstrated success in delivering major civil infrastructure, and demolition projects across Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, and Coffs Harbour. Currently employed with the Ferrovial Gamuda Joint Venture (FGJV) on the Coffs Harbour Bypass Project, and previously worked with DECC, a private civil and demolition contractor. My career spans all phases of project execution, from planning, procurement, to construction, and close-out.
I bring hands-on expertise in developing and implementing Project Management Plans, Risk Assessments, Work Methodologies, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring quality, safety, and environmental compliance throughout project delivery. I have a proven ability to manage construction programs, align delivery with client expectations, and handle upstream and downstream contract obligations. My experience includes procuring and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements, assessing claims, performing accurate quantity take-offs, and effectively managing scope changes, variations, and associated cost/time impacts.
