• Ensure compliance with the Company Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
• Interpret designs for implementation in construction projects.
• Contribute to improvements to existing designs.
• Arrange and oversee the letting of tenders.
• Assist with preparation of site construction budgets and reports.

Monitor construction progress for adherence to design, programme, safety, and quality.

• Executes on behalf of the CUYAPO Water District the Joint Venture Agreement for the Financing, Development, Rehabilitation, Expansion, Improvement, Operation Maintenance of Water Supply System and Septage Management System.
• Ensure Sufficient and Sustainable supply of potable water for the present and future needs of the water consumers of the Municipality of CUYAPO. Which comprises the joint venture area.
• To ensure constant business interaction, oversee implementation of the Joint Venture Agreement.
• Shall review and monitor the accomplishment of the JV project’s objective and compliance with set service obligation targets and capital expenditures.

· Proposes Annual Budget and supplemental to the Board of Directors.

• Supervise all subordinate employees and evaluates performance and grievance and disciplinary processes and other personnel actions.
• Implements Board’s directives and policies.
• Requires subordinate employee to submit information and reports as may be needed from time to time.
• Attend meetings with the Board of Directors and present to the board such statements, reports memoranda and accounts as may be required by law and/or by the Board of Directors.
• Submit monthly reports of operations and accomplishment and such other reports may be required by the Local Water Utilities Administration.

• Act as the main technical adviser on the maintenance activities under Annex A2-Painting, Scaffolding Insulation, Fireproofing), proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate their solutions’.
• Day to day management of the site, including supervision, planning the work efficiently organizing and monitoring the site labor force in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Review and resolve daily painting, scaffolding activities issues/coordination through work permit system, ensure site safety concerns are being addressed prior to work commencement.
• Meets with client section supervisors as required providing assurance that all requirements are being met.
• Track materials/equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site, monitoring employees for proper use of personal protective equipment.
• To counsel and discipline personnel as appropriate and seek advice from company management and site representative.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action in areas that need improvement.

Prepare presentations for customer assist in reviewing product specifications and uses.
• Promote the new product by giving demos and assist with the development of the existing
product.
• Meeting the target sales for the monthly sales.
• Prepare iterinary report weekly.
• Prepare quotation as per approved marked up and company rules and regulations.
