· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and agile development teams to deliver secure and scalable digital solutions.

· Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Develop, configure, and customize the Guidewire ClaimCenter application to meet business needs.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Iteration Managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Guidewire applications with other internal and third-party systems.
• Conduct unit testing, and support system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Guidewire applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Gain exposure to enterprise-grade tools and platforms such as Guidewire, Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence), and cloud technologies.
• Assist in coding, testing, and debugging applications under the guidance of senior developers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and contribute to solution design.

• Gather and integrate data from various security systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across sources.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to provide data insights during incident investigations.
• Help quantify risks and assess the effectiveness of security controls.

• Supervise administrative and support staff, including travel consultants, and receptionists.
• Organize staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee invoicing, payments, and petty cash management.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting in coordination with accounting staff.
• Collect feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
