This is my current employment contracted between 9th December 2024 - 28th April 2025 to assist the Store Manager and 2IC over the summer period through to the Bells Pro Surf Competition as a full-time Sales Assistant. This employment allowed me to grow my retail and customer service skills and be exposed to KPI and Store Budget requirements. I was able to develop an exceptional customer service standard and visually merchandise store apparel and accessories and how to upselling to meet and exceed sale targets. I was able to work efficiently and collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring high standard, customer service is maintained.
