● Working as an individual contributor for PwC Global Clients and Industries, supporting the Global Government and Public Services (G&PS) network as a Knowledge and Content Manager.
● Working as a Knowledge Manager for Global Clients & Industries team, helping theeight industry teams to put forward a shared industry vision on how to optimise the knowledge agenda by utilising the best Industry knowledge and insights and align the infrastructure across industries to store and access content.
● Part of the support team that takes part in the strategic discussions on priorities for the G&PS industry, taking required actions for G&PS sectors, and how and what is being shared and communicated with the network (news alerts, reports, newsletters etc.)
● Direct involvement in the launch of the Thought Leadership campaigns and work with the Global Marketing team to ensure proper communications of all the campaign assets are communicated rightly to the network.
● Formulatecontent and knowledge sharing strategies and ideation about the development of internal tools and internal repositories for seamless knowledge sharing.
● Collaborate with the Public Sector Network and Territory Leaders and help them with Information Requests for Proposals, either through knowledge requests or directly connect them to the right person or readily available content.
● Liaise between the Service Delivery Centre (SDC) and the global network for managing projects while determining priority and quality of deliverables.
