Summary

I work casually as an Optical Assistant at Oscar Wylee using my sound customer service background to provide the best service in the glasses industry. My last role, I was a Talent Resourcing Coordinator at HAYS. Although my job description essentially is limited to candidate attraction and increasing HAYS' FIFO Logistics, Storespersons, Underground mining and White Collar (engineering, supervisors, mine managers, etc..) mining talent pool, Hays' staff shortage gave me the opportunity to also be client facing, specifically for BHP. I managed to fulfill BHP's high-volume hiring requests efficiently by liaising between candidates and superintendents on site; and coordinating the mobilisation processes for all of my starters.
