This paper and results has been presented to various forums in Northern Sydney Local Health District Mental Health Drug and Alcohol (NSLHD MHDA) and is being considered for publication.
- Increasing Discharge Ratios of the Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre, Hornsby Hospital, 06/2017, current, A quality Improvement Project to Improve Bed flow at Hornsby hospital. I was a researcher and main consultant in the above project that is being conducted by the After Hours Nurse Manager to identify methods of improving patient flow for mental health patients for better patient outcome. This project concludes and due for evaluation in December 2017.
