I joined the Firbank's rowing team when I was in year 8 as a junior coxswain and I grew to love the sport, I stepped up to join the seniors (year 11 and 12, when I was still in year 9) as the opportunity was presented. Leading the more experienced crews taught me crucial skills such as time management during regattas and the 4am early trainings; organization skills balancing school work with multiple sessions weekly. My crew and I won Melbourne head and the state regatta, and I was awarded the best and most improved Coxswain of the year.

I have lots of hobbies that keep me busy throughout the week. I enjoy various physical activities such as swimming and netball, I make lots of new friends and helps keep me active. My family and I also love to travel, we go overseas about 4-5 times a year and our favourite destinations are Hong Kong, France and Japan. We love to learn about new cultures and try new foods. I love to bake in my free time, making delicious sweet treats and sharing them with my neighbours and friends.
