Ayu Pradnyandari

My name is Ayu, was born in Bali, Indonesia. I hold Certificate III in Early Childhood and currently studying Certificate IV in School Based Education Support. Proactive and caring worker with 3 years of experience combined with communication strengths and good observational skills. Skillfully handles day-to-day activities while looking for opportunities to make a difference. I'm passionate about working with children and helping children develop their social, emotional, intellectual and motor skills.

I hold a current and valid working with children's check (Blue Card), a current First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training and have a good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

• Developed learning opportunities for children including activities, experiences, gardening, yoga, mindfulness.
• Helped and supervision for the physical needs of children (such as mealtimes, assisting with dressing, aware of each child's routine at rest time).
• I assisted children with nappy changing four times a day, toileting and followed procedures using safe hygiene practices.
• Encouraged healthy eating habits and making healthy choices by engaging in conversations and promoting relaxing and enjoyable mealtimes.
• Provide continuous supervision to children during indoor and outdoor play and created and maintained safe learning and playing environments.
• Assisted in maintaining cleanliness of classroom, equipment, loose parts, bathrooms, dining rooms, laundry and playgrounds by following policies and procedures, cleaning checklists, outdoor and indoor safety checklist.
