Currently working as Manager BI at First Sentier investors as member of Data Team. Key focus on delivery of multiple data analytic projects delivering insight to business using a modern data stack utilizing cloud based analytic platforms
Managed the delivery of ESG Data Strategy by working closely to understand core ESG data sources/systems used with the company. Within my role I am responsible to understand the business requirements, document to identify business report success criteria, build a workin model with business for delivery of the BI data product. As part of the on-going work, I act as an analytics product owner for ESG reporting within the business. Handling all communication within teams such as Data Engineers, Data Analytics and Governance teams to deliver an acceptable solution. As a result, in 2023, I was responsible for delivery of all ESG key reports such as Carbon & Climate Reporting, Modern Slavery and ESG Risk Analysis.
Responsible to ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is successfully conducted and closed in agreed timeframe.
Working actively as senior member of Data Analytics team for design and development of Climate Risk Reports/Dashboard using cloud based BI infrastructure that includes systems & tools such as Snowflake, Airflow, Airbyte, DBT and Power BI.
Managed migration activities of Tableau reports to Power BI. This involved engagement with all key stake holders such as IT Ops, Business Owners and Data Team members involved in the project.

Setup Data Analytics professional services, a Freezone company in the UAE called Hermes Intelligent Solutions FZE.
Gained Tableau partnership to provide professional services and training solutions to clients in Middle East.
Successfully delivered multiple data visualization and data engineering projects to clients such as Coca-Cola, Caterpillar, Nissan ME, Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), Bayer ME, Mundi-pharma ME etc. Details related to projects can be provided separately. (references available)
Managed offshore teams to deliver on-site and remote deliveries of data related projects. Specialized resources were sourced in-house and outsourced from Pakistan and India.
Delivered customer and official Tableau trainings to more than 300+ individuals since 2014 in UAE, KSA and Lebanon.
