I started my journey with Mainfreight 2 years ago in Customer Service and Operation support.


My day to day duties in customer service include taking phone calls to relay consignment tracking with customers, emailing internal team and external customers in a timely manner. Following up on processing repackaging of damaged goods and confirming unidentified freight in warehouse. Advising customers of delayed deliveries and communicating with Transport team to ensure no further delay. Creating and changing consignment information for customers. I continue to develop more skills and enable me to work efficiently day to day in my role.


Operations support I learnt how to manifest and outturn freight from units as well as strapping and securing freight safely. I assisted with remeasuring freight, and staging freight for loading. I was able to work under pressure and fast paced while completing my jobs.


PM Allocating, I have been fortune to gain exposure to pick up allocating in Transport to support team. Assigning jobs to the drivers in the fleet for collection. Ensuring good communication to customers and drivers. I have also assisted with booking in home deliveries.

Throughout my time with Bunnings I worked in serval departments across 9 years. Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers to find what they are looking for. The departments I worked in were Paint, special orders, goods inwards, customer service support and lifestyles. Each department gave me the ability to learn new skills that will support my personal development throughout the 9 years. Each role my main focus was always ensuring I presented myself well to customers and my fellow team members. I completed my daily tasks such as controlling stock and merchandising, answering customer queries and dealing with customer refunds and exchanges.
