Workforce Management Project - Dayforce (Jan 2023 to Current)

• Leading the Dayforce project from the data space, actively coordinating with Payroll, HR, and external stakeholders
• Ensuring smooth integration, collaboration, and successful execution of the Workforce System project
• Gathered requirements and coordinate with different departments within the business to install time clocks across various sites
• Additionally, responsible for preparing the costing for these installations
• Responsible for updating the Steering Committee presentation for the Dayforce project, which is presented during the monthly senior leadership meetings
• Accountable for the entire project life cycle, starting from gathering requirements to coordinating project activities, allocating resources, managing timelines, UAT and implementing the solution

Master Data Management (October 2022 to December 2022)

• Designed and implemented a Contract Management System specifically for Legal team, facilitating the organization and tracking of company contracts
• Developed a Payroll Issue Tracker for payroll team, allowing them to monitor inquiries and report them to the senior leadership team effectively
• Accountable for integrating and mapping master data across multiple data systems, ensuring seamless coordination and accuracy in information flow

Farming & Hatcheries Process Improvement Projects (August 2021 to May 2022)

• One of the notable projects involved constructing a user-friendly database to monitor the egg journey for the Hatcheries department
• Collaborated closely with the farming team and senior management to coordinate the placement of chicks and the pickup of birds from each broiler farm, utilizing the weight growth chart as a guide
• Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders within the business, gathering requirements from farming, hatcheries, planning & production, payroll, and HR projects to understand project scopes

Planning & Production (Nov 2020 to August 2021)

• Played a pivotal role in improving data quality by analyzing and cleaning extensive datasets, ultimately enhancing decision-making capabilities for Planning & Production departments
• Developed Power BI reports to monitor different trends and delve into the narrative behind the data, enabling comprehensive insights and analysis

• Provided market and product information to clients across AP and WW Region with details related to products like Hard Copy Peripherals (HCP), Large Format Printers (LFP), Enterprise Client Devices (ECD), Personal Computers (PCs), Mobile Phones and Monitors
• Responsible for managing the client delivery process for IDC research deliverables in the region
