• Liase with subcontractor to ensure that fill site works are progressing as per program
• Assign and delegate works to assisting engineers (1x Grad, 1x Undergrad)
• Management of fill site works and forecasting to ensure that impacts and delays are mitigated and a plan is place so that substantial completion date is met
• Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractor and CPBG to assess the overall progress and identify/rectify any delays or issues
• Update program on day by day basis to capture works on-site and ensure that Milestones will be met
• Forecasting and accruals
• Documentation – Workpacks for handover/completion
• SWMS reviews and amendments
• Management and closure of lots and reports
• Weekly site inspections with designers and subcontractor to identify and clarify on any outstanding details
• Inspections with SM and Client in the lead up to handover/completion

· Pre-assembly, Assembly and Disassembly of Conveyor system

· Document setup – Workpacks, SWMS, Maintenance sheets and tracking

· Procurement – establishing relationships with suppliers

· Cost Tracking

· Liase with CPS and designers for Conveyor modifications and temporary works including large scale support structure at Airport Terminal Shaft

· Attending weekly program meetings to familiarise with program and scheduling

· Setup small scale programs for conveyor installation and sequencing – Airport Business Park Demob & Shaft Conveyor install

· Participate and contribute towards safety KPI’s to ensure safety of workforce and staff

· Review and exercise buyback conditions for conveyor components as per contract agreements

• Installation of Fire Main and Rising Main systems from Chatswood to Barangaroo
• Procurement and cost tracking
• Supplier workshop visits and monitoring – reported back to SPE & PM
• Weekly construction progress walks and tracking
• Defect and punch list compilation – uploaded onto Hexagon
• Gathered and compiled O&M Manuals from suppliers and manufacturers for handover to Sydney Metro

• Repairing and refurbishing of Caisson; cut out steel plates and prep surfaces to replace with new pieces
• Confined space work on Caisson; making sure to sign in/out when carrying out high risk work
• Dockyard repairs; working off EWP replacing fenders and fender rubbers
• Setting up barricades and setting up fire control measures when carrying out hot work

• Various structural site work across different locations
• Cut, mark out, fabricate and weld columns, beams and other structural items
• Install beams, columns and posts for units, houses and other residential dwellings
• Carry out welding and oxy cuttings as required on site projects
