I am a dedicated and very hardworking person that knows how to get jobs done, I can easily collaborate with peers to ensure quality in any position wether that be a customer facing sales role or in a business type role as I have the capability to effectively communicate with customers whilst accommodating to their need and desires.
My sporting background will help me to productivity work as a team in collaborative situations in conjunction with my managerial experience in my current role to excel in any difficult situations that may arise.
In my current position my role is to work effectively with the chef and other team members to prep, plate and serve customers with quality food in a timely manner.
I have been in this role for 6 months and have continuously applied myself to improve my teamwork skills as-well as my ability to effectively communicate with restaurant patrons when required, whilst also working up the ranks of the establishment to take on more responsibilities
I have been working at this establishment for well over 4 years and have seen the business grow and thrive, my role has expanded dramatically over the years as I am currently in a managerial type position.
My responsibilities include overseeing the work of other employees and ensuring that they are well looked after, whilst also ensuring that the workload can be effectively completed before the end of the shift.
I also have been trained in managing the kitchen operations of the establishment, this includes ordering supplies, managing stock and cooking/preparing food to a high standard
My current position also requires me to communicate with customers on a daily basis and effectively provide quality customer service, This includes taking orders both over the phone and face to face. whilst also being able to troubleshoot problems if need be.
