I have found a passion in Air conditioning refrigeration. I am 3rd year Mature Age Apprentice ready to take the next step in the field. Currently working on commercial builds in schools VRV/VRF systems. Currently studying at Wollongong Tafe weekly. With the trade being so broad I am looking to broaden my knowledge in the field and learn as much as I can before becoming a Tradesmen.

After landscaping i felt like expanding my skills and I successfully completed my real estate assistant certificate. I worked closely with my senior sales assistant to coordinate showings, online marketing, leasing and sales of million-dollar properties. More recently working closely with tenants, landlords and trade services to coordinate maintenance of properties in accordance with contracted leases between clients. With my friendly and customer focus attitude I was able to create strong positive relationships with landlords and tenants to provide the best outcome for both parties.

My daily tasks and abilities include; pruning all different trees and plants, hand-weeding, whipper-snipping, ride on mowing and dealing with different sorts of customers every day. Other responsibilities included maintaining a clean work area and machinery/equipment and ensuring all work carried out complied with WHS safety standards. I consider myself a reliable strong worker always smiling and trying to impress .

As an apprentice, observation of experienced carpenters was key, learning dexterity, maintaining stamina, accuracy and attention to detail for all numeracy requirements couple with team work and communication were critical to ensuring successful job completion. Other responsibilities included maintaining a clean work area and machinery/equipment and ensure all work carried out complied with OSHA safety standards was essential. Selection and transporting of tools, equipment and material to work sites. Assisting with repairing of eves, frames, roof trusses, flooring and remodelling of kitchens, bathrooms and decks. Ensuring level and plumb requirements for frames by accurately measuring out frames, as well as inspecting floor surfaces to be covered to determine its condition and correct any imperfections to floor before commencement of replacement or building work began. Thereby ensuring high level of customer service resulting in customer satisfaction. Unfortunately the company closed down.
