Driven by a robust foundation in food science and horticultural science, I leveraged my skills in food safety practices and data science research methods to excel as an After-school Tutor and Intern. Demonstrating a keen understanding of local food regulations, I enhanced food processing technologies, achieving a significant improvement in compliance rates. My ability to blend technical knowledge with effective tutoring underscores my unique competency.
I participated in the whole process of grape harvesting, fermentation and filling. In addition, I also designed and completed the standard wine label according to the Australian food regulations, to ensure the compliance and professional display of the products in the market. This internship not only gave me a deep understanding of the whole process of wine production, but also enhanced my professional skills in food regulations and product design.
