Maintenance Officers handle a variety of maintenance requests in a large building or group of buildings. They perform scheduled, reactive and preventative maintenance on a property and its buildings, grounds and infrastructure.

Maintenance Officer

· Plan and scope potential projects in communities.

· Perform repairs/restoration of current infrastructures.

· Engage with stakeholders to plan future projects that should benefit both parties (Refer to item 1)

· Install appliances and equipment.

· Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.

· Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.

· Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.

· Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues.

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Move items to staging area using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Ensure items are packaged safely before shipping.
• Log any shortages or damages.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Coordinating Heavy machinery movements.
