- Being in charge of work that relates to educating and studying at the centre such as:

+ Helping students to figure out teachersʼ messages and the lessons.

+ Talking with parents about studentsʼ problems and finding out solutions; interpreting in meetings between Vietnamese parents and foreign teachers.

+ Teaching English grammar or Pre-Ielts classes for people at all ages.

- Training new foreign teachers and new staff of academic department about teaching and studying procedure at the centre.

- Translating documents if required.
