Issuing fines for non compliance to builder's &/or resident's in the event of a breach of council bi laws etc
Attending regular meeting's, taking meeting minute's & ensuring all team member's were kept up to date on any new developments &/or changes via Council Direction.
Management of hundreds of vulnerable Customer's who had limited means to manage their utilities.

Working very closely with the State's Ombudsman Department & various welfare organisation's.
Ensuring our Customer's stayed connected, whilst working closely with them to maintain a payment plan and work towards them getting into surplus.
Educating Customer's on thir usage & connecting them with every possible external recourse possible such as financial counsellor's, food banks, social services, lifeline & suicidal prevention organisations etc.
Attending regular meeting's, maintaining meeting minute's & ensuring the team were up to date on the latest regulations in respect of essential service's.
