In this role, leading a direct team of 5 Technology Leaders Principals and direction set for strategy and delivery for 30 Technology Leaders which includes – Technology Principals, Engineering Leads/Chapter Type principals, architects, and Commercial Engineering Leads.
· Led and built a 3-year IT transformation (IT Evolution) strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with all the business and IT units across Telstra to achieve Telstra T25 (FY23-FY25) strategy objectives. Gained endorsement from Telstra Board and CEOLT.
Ø This enabled us to achieve $50M IT Operational cost out by adopting Buy Vs Build approach, re-use and modern Agile DevSecOps tooling and practices for speed to market.
