FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS

Carried out financial statement analysis of two listed companies in the Pharmaceutical Sector.

The work involved analyzing the industry & calculating and interpreting the ratios of both companies to compare them. 

PROJECT FINANCE MODEL

Built a franchisee model for Baskin-Robbins and evaluated its feasibility using NPV and IRR.

Also carried out the sensitivity of the returns to the factors like growth in price, volume, financial leverage and interest rate. 

EQUITY MODEL

As a part of the financial modelling course, built a financial model on Castrol India Ltd. 

The work involved understanding the business model, identifying the revenue & cost drivers, populating historical data. 

Forecasted the financial statement using the available information and valued the company using the discounted cash flow (DCF) method. Also used the EV/EBITDA multiple for relative valuation.
