I have over two decades (22 years) of experience in mathematics education across three countries: Ghana, Sweden, and Australia. I have worked as a Unit Coordinator, Lecturer and Tutor for Mathematics Units/Courses in these countries. I have held leadership positions in High School and University. My leadership roles include being the University's lecturer, Deputy Principal of High School, Faculty Examination Officer, and Field Work Training Coordinator. I also worked as an Examiner for the West African Examination Council.
