• Honeywell DCS upgradation YANPET Petrochemical, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, 06/01/17, 12/31/19, Accountable for preparing production schedule as per the customer requirement; creating & updating schedule, presenting progress report in weekly meeting to client. Supervising Live cut-over and hot cut-over, preparing FAT packages in Honeywell workshop. Mobilization, installation and handover Honeywell DCS system to the customer including electrical, instrumentation and civil work associated with it.
• Honeywell DCS Upgrade, Ghazlan Power Plant GT-1, Saudi Arabia (2016–2017): Managed E&I scope detailing, planning, and execution monitoring to ensure project objectives were met. Supported permits for operation, cost control, scheduling, and inventory management. Involved in installation of LV panels, DCS, PLC, HVAC, UPS, Fire Alarm, and ESD systems. Supervised instrumentation of ~2000 instruments including control valves, transmitters (TT, FT, LI, LT), and performed loop testing and DCS integration, while troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
